For our melanin to absorb & retain energy & nutrients from the sun we must eat foods that grow from the earth getting much vitamins especially A, C, E which helps build stronger melancanites to reproduce stronger melanin. And drink distilled water or reverse osmosis water with added trace minerals. Also try to drink liquid chlorophyll as it rebuilds stronger blood cells & increase melanin's absorbtion power.

2. For our pineal gland to become healthy & awaken We must not eat meat, sugar & drink tap water & even cut out dairy these make our body acidic which hardens our pineal gland & keeps it asleep as well as weakens the absorption strength of our melanin. - Watch the sun set &/or rise as this stimulates the pineal gland & strengthen- Try to sleep around the hours between 11pm to 7 am in a pitch dark room for this is the time the pineal gland secretes melatonin & re-energizes. Between mainly hours of 7am to 11pm the pineal gland secretes serotonin which is the creative power we will use later.

3. We must reset our bodies natural Bio-magnetic field to earths. With all the WiFi & radio waves this disrupts our Bio-magnetic field from our temple being a natural conductor of infinite universe energies to earth. Do this by standing barefoot on natural earth like sand, dirt or grass.

Meditate on the natural raw love emotion as if its the sun sending heat waves to earth at least 1 min for every year of you age as this will heal your entire body of all illnesses, open your energy points through your body for constant flow of universal energies to flow through to earth & center you as well as influence the universal consciousness of humanity & cause circumstances to happen to destroy the mind & body of evil.

7. Treat our women with respect & honors of a queen. Don't use them & manipulate them. When we do this their spiritual energy is very very strong & they will raise kings & queens as well as be a home base to boost our spiritual powers like a WiFi extender.

8. Speak only positive words that you ponder on coming true with faith & confidence especially before sleep because your subconscious mind will work on it while you sleep.
